Proper pouring sequence:
1. Mortar used for lubricating pump pipes must not be poured into concrete components, and concentrated concrete pouring in the same area is strictly prohibited.
2. Concrete should be evenly distributed to prevent concentrated accumulation and excessive vibration. When pouring taller components (such as walls and columns), the height of each pour should be sufficient to prevent concrete segregation. Generally, each layer should not exceed 500mm in height. Before pouring the upper layer, the concrete should be vibrated until it is level. During pouring, ensure that the concrete is fully vibrated and fills all corners.

3. When pouring slabs, beams, walls, and columns simultaneously, it is recommended to pour the walls and columns first, and then pour the beams and slabs after the concrete has set.
4. When pouring slabs and beams simultaneously, it is recommended to pour the beams first, then pour the slab.
5. During concrete pouring, prevent displacement and deformation of reinforcing bars, formwork, and positioning reinforcing bars.
6. When pouring concrete in layers, ensure that the upper and lower layers of concrete are seamlessly integrated. The previous layer of concrete should be poured before the next layer begins to set. When pouring the upper layer of concrete, the vibrator should be inserted approximately 5 cm into the lower layer to ensure that the upper and lower layers form a unified whole.
7. To prevent concrete segregation, when concrete is dropped freely from a height exceeding 2 meters, chutes or channels should be installed to prevent segregation during the fall.
8. Control the concrete pouring speed to ensure continuous pouring. Maintain close communication with relevant departments of the concrete company, coordinate concrete transport vehicles, ensure seamless connection between pours, and prevent cold joints.
To ensure the quality of autumn concrete projects, not only do commercial concrete companies need to strictly adhere to specifications in production, but close cooperation from the construction unit is also essential. In short, as long as the construction unit and the concrete company work together effectively, the quality of autumn commercial concrete construction projects can be guaranteed.
